Who we are

CATLST is a Web3 project building gamified waste recovery infrastructure. Contact: catalyst.sup@gmail.com

What we collect and why

We collect personal data only through two forms on this site:

Aside from the anonymous analytics described below, we do not collect payment information, precise location data, advertising cookies, or any data beyond what you explicitly submit.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how this site is used — for example page views, referrers, approximate country, and device type. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and cannot identify you or track you across other websites. The data is aggregated and anonymous. Because it needs no cookies and identifies no one, we rely on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); no consent is required.

Legal basis

Under GDPR Article 6:

How we store it

Your data is stored in Supabase (EU-based servers) with access restricted to the CATLST team. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard mechanisms.

If your data is accessed by CATLST team members outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to maintain a level of protection equivalent to GDPR.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Our sub-processors are Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (website hosting and cookieless analytics).

Retention

Your rights

Under GDPR you may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or restriction of processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email catalyst.sup@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the project evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
